Green and Gold

This shot made me feel a bit patriotic today as it represents the national colours of Australia. Nearly called this shot Serendipity as this is SOOC, and I love it as soon as I saw this on the screen.

It is cool and the colours are great. I like the sharpness at the top of the petals and bluring slowly as you go down the flower and stem. This has got me slightly excited for my trip home next month. It has been a year since I last was home and I am excited about all the things I can do and two weeks of photos of Melbourne.
