The oats have been baled, and the field east of the house is dotted with over 200 bales. They look so golden in the sunshine, but as the clouds moved in I hurried out to get the more interesting sky. It quickly became overcast, giving me only a brief bit of time to practice landscape composition. Next on my list ... the wheat before the harvester's start cutting.
