I've seen only one monarch flitting through the yard this fall, and it hasn't been at all interested in my garden. As I was leaving today I saw it in the field visiting some stray alfalfa blooms. No macro ... can't get that close. Thank goodness for the zoom! Another for my "what fall means to me" push from Charles.

It will probably be late in the week when I try it as I don't have much opportunity for street photography here at home, but I will be in Portland at the end of the week and I think my daughter will let me borrow her computer to try some selective coloring, so we'll see what I can do!
