This fellow was resting on a morning glory leaf with his wings spread wide. As I was trying to compose my shot he started vibrating his wings, so I hurried to the side to get a photo of his face. Just one shot, and he was gone. Though the pattern on the top of his wings was composed of lovely stripes, I like the flash of red on the underside.
