Wow! This is incredible. The light from the right side is really pretty. And whatever is blowing off the peaks is really well captured. The exposure is great! Fav.
Yes it is! The small version of this on the Home page looked like the hand of God from Michelangelo's painting (the left side). Oh well, it makes sense to me, but anyway--it is way cool.
Wow, everyone--THANKS for your wonderful, kind comments! The light was really just the sun coming through late in the afternoon. The clouds were low, and the snow was blowing off the hills. This is the Eastern Sierra, just north of Independence, California. Hard to take a bad shot with all that! :-D
