Hello strangers! It's been a while, but I'm trying to get back in the 365 groove. We've been on a most excellent road trip for the past 5 days and getting a fair amount of photography in--yay!! Hopefully, I'll have some halfway decent pics to post so I can do some major catching up with you kind folks. :-)
We're at a hotel with wi-fi so here's at least a start... SOOC from Antelope Canyon, an amazingly beautiful slot canyon near Page, AZ. We had an incredible time even though shooting conditions were tough due to an unexpectedly large crowd and this time of year the lighting is limited. Google this place if you've never heard of it. WOW ! ! !

Wow that looks just incredible. I would love to go there. I have seen pics from corkscrew canyon near Paige AZ and it looks just as amazing. Looking forward to seeing more of your pictures from the trip!!
Jenn - an absolute FAV because the image is SO remarkable, and I really want to go there. Have been in some other slot canyons and was blown away by how cool they are!!!
Oh well it does look familiar. Did I mention how jealous I was!! We were so close but just didn't have the time. Then again my photography was terrible back then so maybe if I make it there at least I'll be able to do it justice now!
Jean, I have never seen a poor photo of Antelope Canyon. Oddly, it is not in old travel books of the west. I only see it through other photographers' works. My plan is to GO! Beautiful. FAV
