Another attempt at an in-camera nighttime composite shot, again interupted by airplanes but so cool to play with! The camera takes one initial exposure and then multiple composites which include only the additional light. Way simpler than stacking a hundred or so images manually with the benefit of ignoring the quick flashing of cars and other brief stray light coming in. Can't wait to try this in the desert next week!
This so soooo cool! Are you going to do a night shoot at those neat iron statues down there. That has been on my list for several years now! Would make a cool foreground at night
@pixelchix ohhhh, now I really want to go:-)) You will get some great stuff! This is terrific. I almost asked you where it was, then I realized where it was. Looks so different at night
This is fabulous and this was done in camera.!!!! I need to find out how to do that.
I have intentions of going out this Wednesday night for a star trail shot and ive just set everything up for a 2 hour time lapse. This could save me so much time......
I love this, and I think the aircraft streak actually adds something.
