'Water, water everywhere and not a drop to drink...'
Went out this afternoon to look at the weir at Bathampton Mill, but found no weir just volumes of water!
The River Avon at this point must have been at 1.5-2 mt above its normal level as the weir is completely submerged.
Thankfully Bathampton Mill (Restaurant & pub) across the river in view is built up another metre or so, so I was able to savour a well earned pint of Tribute Ale.
@leggzy Lots of water..i was surprised myself & this only shows some of the river section! next time when the water drops i'll photograph the weir, which is why i went in the first place!
