The title of the shot probably sums up what it feels like today!
The day started off reasonable bright but change into very dull, then very damp! Hence the absence of any colour in the sky.
This building on the edge of our town has been gradually deteriorating over the last few years, and at the moment the owner isn't expressing any will to repair and restore it.
Tomorrow's a new day and perhaps things will look up.
