As I do quite a bit of travelling around the local villages I come across many scenes of 'rural deprivation', where the farming community & village people are struggling to keep going.
This may mean that they are 'forced' to abandon vehicles that they no longer can keep on the road etc.
Here in one of the side roads in the hamlet of Marston, near Worton, lie to 'abandoned' vehicles, gathering rust & being 'consumed' by nature.
Sometimes I wonder why they cannot be sold for scrap, or 'given' to someone who may take the time & care to run them.
The solution to this problem is obviously not as simple as that..hence these remain 'in hiding'
