Quarryman's Cottage

Sitting on the banks of the Afon Teifi (River Teifi) across from the village of Cilgerran lies what was probably an abandoned Quarrymen's cottage, a nod to the once thriving slate quarry industry.

There is no vehicle access to this cottage and the track is not easy to find.

Interesting location, The color and light is so well captured in this shot. The branches to frame the shot makes it mysterious . I am waiting for something to happen but it is a photo and not a movie :)

@busylady Thanks - I would imagine it was wonderful living there in days gone by - it is isolated, in lovely woods & by a delightful river surrounded by nature.
