Taken from the Trig-Point on the top of Freni-Fawr moorland and looking across the valley over Crymych village towards (part) the Preseli Hills (or mountains as they are called); it feels like you are 'on lofty mountain grandeur'
@busylady Many thanks for your kind comments. Yes it is a line (or part of a line) from the hymn 'Oh Lord my God when I in awesome wonder'. The part line is from the second verse as follows 'When through the woods and forest glades I wander
and hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees;
when I look down from lofty mountain grandeur
and hear the brook and feel the gentle breeze:
Then sings my soul…'
Moody moor atmosphere really well captured
and hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees;
when I look down from lofty mountain grandeur
and hear the brook and feel the gentle breeze:
Then sings my soul…'
