As usual, the girls weren't keen to cooperate today (you can probably see that Magic is thinking of attacking the camera, which occurred about 2 seconds after this pic...) so this is the best shot I could get. Magic does like to hang off my glasses, dangling in front of my face to see what I'm doing. (It can be handy on chilly days, as her tummy feathers keep my nose warm, but my glasses are getting quite loose now, so she has been known to pull them off my face when reaching for something very excitedly!)
You do get into some great positions alia - in the name of photography. This is certainly multi tasking - balancing a bird on your glasses and still managing to take a great photo.
@cfitzgerald She launches herself at the camera, and hangs onto it with her beak for dear life. A couple of times she's jammed the shutter, and sometimes she missed completely and makes holes in my hand instead... Some days she's relatively calm, other days she lunges any time I even look in the camera's direction!
