straw ball

The weather today has been pretty dismal here so I couldn't get the shot I wanted (a follow up of the exploding bud from earlier this week). I had a bit of a trawl around the house, and found this parrot toy which had nice textures. I also played with manual focus on the camera. Didn't quite get it right, but I'm getting better :)
