Today is the summer solstice in the Southern Hemisphere (and winter solstice in the Northern Hemisphere). For no particular reason I was awake at silly o'clock this morning and decided to go out and watch the Sun rise. Needless to say, I was the only one there (except for a fairly large collection of mynah birds, pigeons, lorikeets...)
great shot! I had something similar in my head for the alone shot and ended up with something else. My idea/shot wouln't have been so nice though: this is just you with your camera and looks fab
