Thinking about my pic for today helped me to work out what to have for tea - I'm making oatcakes! :) They looked pretty washed out in the pic so I processed it with lots of yellow to fit the rainbow challenge and make it more interesting.
While my oats heads were waving in the wind this morning I thought, "Why aren't I photographing the finished product? It would be easier." So interestinto see what others can did with the finished product.
Great job combining the two challenges Alia! i gave up on the idea at the last minute thinking it would be impossible ...but so far you have proved me wrong! Great shot!
@boogie The finished product wasn't very photogenic! It's a while since I've made them so the first ones fell completely apart, the second one broke into chunks, the third was pretty good... then I started burning them!

This was the oats before I ground them up and tried to turn them into oatcakes - the result was a little mixed as it's been a while since I made them... but they were still yummy so I think I'll have to try again soon!
