Nut time

The girls wanted to go nut hunting again tonight, so I hid some for them :)

They look so cute here! I think it would be fun to hide nuts for them- sort of like how we hide Easter Eggs for children!

@pyrrhula @olivetreeann Evidence suggests that they have the intelligence of 2-3 year-old children, so they really are like kids :)

they are adorable.
As they are both the same - sun conure, I take it they look different. How can I tell who is who?

I bet they had fun finding the treats! Great job, ladies!

@ninaganci It's easier to tell in person (they have different mannerisms, voices, and like to hang out in different places).

Sitting on my head (you might occasionally see my longish hair sneaking into the pic!), eating using her right foot, darkish feet, ring around one leg, bathing in a pie dish, scratch down one side of her beak = Phoenix

Sitting on or interacting with a human hand/any other body part (especially on a male), fluffy, being silly (e.g. hanging upside down...), eating with her left foot, bathing in the sink, pinkish feet, no leg ring = Magic

The eating-foot clue should help you work out who is who in this pic!
