#LetThemStay

Yesterday I attended one of several #LetThemStay rallies that were organised in less than 24 hours to protest the government's abhorrent plans to return children and families to torture centres on Nauru and Manus Island. More than 5000 people of all ages and from all backgrounds turned out for a rally, march and sit-in, with many others attending other rallies around the country. More protests are planned over the next few days too.

Have a lot of it here to. Pros and cons. I guest every solution is no good as the problems get to big to solved with accepted rights for every one.

That sounds a bit like the immigration question here. no "quick and easy" answer.

@kchuk Definitely no quick and easy answer, but our politicians keep grasping the first idea that comes to mind, regardless of if it is even an answer at all!
