We had a big gathering at our campus this week. We've worked out that the way to get people to visit us more often (rather than expecting us to go to them) is to bribe them with food, especially cakes!
These ones are gluten-free vegan chocolate cupcakes with maple-coffee frosting. (I also made vegan carrot cakes too). They nearly all disappeared!
