We are back home in Richmond! I took this picture from the car today. (passenger seat!) and I am very pleased with how it turned out. I thought it looked timeless, so I enhanced that feeling by converting it to B&W. I want to thank all my friends who continued to make comments on my photos despite my lack of response. I intend to catch up with all of you this week.
i have quite a few car photos! sometimes you just can't stop, but often there are quite amazing scenes in the middle of the highway. they should make more view points (vista points) along the highways of America for us tourist type folk. great pic :o)
I was going to say "a vintage feel" but " a timeless feel" is more accurate.
LOVE it. Glad you had a safe trip home and a good vacation while you were gone.
Beautiful Allison. (I love those pictures taken by car, you can never be sure about what you'll get, especially when the driver goes fast but most of them are great). Your photo is very neat in b&w.
I really love this scene...not your average "Richmond" shot, is it! I spend most of my day driving through PA when I go home to Buffalo to visit my dad...scenes like this are everywhere but I usually do not stop to capture them. Glad you had the opportunity to do so!
The rolling hills and rural land are beautiful. Scenic views are very giving when taken from a moving car...if you're able to dodge the phone poles! Well done...timeless beauty!
LOVE it. Glad you had a safe trip home and a good vacation while you were gone.
