@digitalrn Our pageant is generally gender neutral -- Baby Jesus youngest baby in congregation; sheep for toddler boys and girls, Beyond that it has evolved that little girls really want to be angels, while boys go for the more rustic garb of the shepherd.

re: santa ornaments -- I'm always on the lookout! Many of them have come from craft fairs, but not all. In fact, several have come from Pier 1!
