Tea Time

If you are an anti-monarchist, you will probably not appreciate this composition. For Christmas my daughter gave me the tin of English Breakfast Tea starring our favorite couple the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (aka William and Kate) I have paired it here with a teapot I bought in the duty free shop at Heathrow and which holds enough for a cuppa and a bit more. Behind the teapot is a tea towel with the royal monogram. This was given to me by a colleague who knew of my fondness for all things royal. We Americans may have fought to the death for our freedom from the Crown but that doesn't mean we don't appreciate a beautiful princess and a storybook ending.

Lovely collection of English souvenirs. The Republican movement here
(Queen Elizabeth is officially the Head of State in Australia) lost ground during "the wedding". We had two royal visits this year and both attracted large crowds.
