Walking in the school garden after the kids had gone home, I spotted this blue bird pausing before delivering dinner to his babies. I got one shot and then the automatic sprinklers went off! The bluebird took off like a shot and I got drenched. Then as quickly as the sprinklers came on, they ceased. I think it was a malfunction but it lasted just long enough to send me in to dry off my camera and me.
