Today was the reception for retiring faculty and staff. The eight men and women being honored have given a total of 208 years to our school. Their families attended and many former teachers returned to say their goodbyes. A signature sweet at the reception were these special cookies. Oreos are dipped in white chocolate and decorated with "cougar paws" representing the school mascot, the cougar. Kids love them, and I confess I made sure to grab one before they disappeared.
