The images in this collage were taken on a visit to NYC in July of 2005. Ground Zero had been cleared, but it was still a place of destruction and grief, where visitors gathered to mourn. I am grateful that I have been able to return and see the signs of rebirth replacing this awful vision.
Must have been a very moving visit. The place is very moving now all those years later but to see the destruction & feel all that horror must have been very poignant.
