I ordered Garvey’s Organic Irish Soda Bread Mix from my favorite tea company, Harney & Sons. They had a really good special so I thought I would give it a try. All I had to add was buttermilk. The mix made 2 small loaves, one of which I put in the freezer for another time. The loaf had a wonderful chewy crust and was delicious right out of the oven. It was also good toasted with butter and jam as you see here.
