My friend’s stepson is a Pulitzer Prize winning photojournalist. (Google “Tyler Hicks”) The bottom photo is one of his taken in some Middle Eastern war zone. The collage above was inspired by the photograph and made out of different kinds of stones. It was created by a friend of Laura who is an artist in her own right. I love the juxtaposition.
