In the Style of Seurat

Here is a beach scene from our visit to Massachusetts this summer. I used Elements to give the picture the look of pointillism, a technique of painting in which small, distinct dots of pure color are applied in patterns to form an image. Georges Seurat developed the technique in 1886. The term was originally coined by critics to mock the works of these artists.
Very nice. Looks like you learned a good bit in your PS Elements workshop!
