Some days I don't see much to record on my morning walk, but this morning, perhaps because I went out a little later, there was lots to observe. I had noticed the beginnings of a new fence for a week or so, and today, for the first time, I actually saw work being done. From his expression I think the worker was startled by my camera. At least he didn't refuse to be photographed.
