Two things came in the mail today. This one did not have a happy ending. This is a replacement for a plate that arrived broken a few weeks ago. As you can see, the company had not learned any more about packaging breakables since the first shipment. This is the same company from which I ordered the two beautiful sweaters. Clearly there is a difference between shipping sweaters and glass. I sent this picture to them and suggested they take a lesson from Amazon. What is the definition of insanity? Doing the exact same thing and expecting a different outcome. Let's hope the third time is the charm.
