There are seven classes in the library tomorrow, and we will be distributing the new books purchased as donations by the families of our students. The child gets a book plate in his/her honor in the front of the book and also is the first person to check out the book. The book becomes part of the library collection. This year our families donated almost 500 new books (preselected by the librarians) worth more than $9000. In the picture above you can a graphic presentation of just those books to be distributed on Wednesday. Pretty impressive, I'm sure you'll agree.
