I rediscovered this wind-up figure of David Ortiz, (affectionately called Big Papi) former Red Sox baseball star who was recently critically wounded at a nightclub in the Dominican Republic. The whole story is so bizarre, it has not yet been sorted out, but anyone who appreciated what Ortiz brought to baseball, Is wishing him a safe recovery.
