In the newly revitalized section of Richmond called Scott’s Addition, my friend and I had lunch in the cozy restaurant called, fittingly, “Lunch”. After 5 p.m. the name changed to — what else— Supper. The atmosphere reminded me of an English pub with its low ceiling and friendly staff. Most important, the food was delicious, and with such generous portions, there was plenty to take home.
