I’ve been following the the tear-down and rebuild of the house at the end of the block. All the homes you see here are like the hotels on the Monopoly board, small and identical. Now take a look at what the new structure will look like. A bit much, don’t you think?
I find that new buildings in old areas always stick out like pimples, simply because the companies or people building them haven't looked around and thought to go with what the area looks like. And they also think that sticking out will do something good for their building when it doesn't.
