Two Extremes

Just a few blocks apart in location, these two trees are worlds apart in appearance and purpose.i have often wondered why the mammoth evergreen was allowed to list so extremely. On the other hand, the ornamental tree on the right barely looks like a tree at all.

Good question about the tilting Evergreen. Maybe the cost of cutting it down (even though I hate it when trees get cut down that one does look a little precarious!), or a sentimental reason is keeping the tree in place- or maybe they figure Mother Nature will eventually take care of it for them! Fun comparison!
