A new local bakery, Whisk, has begun to offer some very special treats, including these enormous macarons. They taste like a cross between a tradition macaron and a moon pie (If you have ever shopped in the American South, you will know what I mean.) One of these babies will fulfill your sugar quota for quite awhile!
