My kids are attending a local church's VBS (Vacation Bible School) this week. They are gone all morning for the week. It is really amazingly nice to have some down time and me time for a few days. I dropped them off yesterday and took a few photos on the way home.
I had to park in a neighborhood and walk along a highway for a quarter mile or so to get one that I'd been thinking of taking for weeks. On the way back, I noticed the light and activity in the field I was walking along. I laid down and took some shots of the buzzing, full of life grasses. It was peaceful, even with the traffic behind me.
I am having a good week!! And thank you all so very much for your great response to my recent photos. Both the one of my silhouetted kids and the hot air balloons at night ended up on the PP at once. I really appreciate your kind words and support!
(And this shot looks better large if you have a sec. See the flying insects and perhaps a pixie?)
@anzere03 Glad that it is so versatile and does most of what I want it to. I just need to back up a bunch and can't get anything wide angle. Thanks so much. I was pleased with how this one came out. It was so summery and nostalgic.
