First the Birdfeeder, then I will Take Over the Whole World
I found this little squirrel plotting in my backyard. Plotting his evil plans. But golly, even so evil, he is stinkin' cute.
Speaking of plots and plans, I finally uploaded photos online for sale last night. I'd had a Fine Art America page for about a year with no images up. None. And darn it, it was time.
I joked with Michael that I am going to make us millionaires. Plotting now all the camera equipment that I can get with my soon to be coming in millions. Waiting here and only hearing crickets so far but have high happy hopes.
Anywho, regardless if I sell anything or not, I am excited about the prospect. Here's my page...check it out. If there are any of my shots that you think should be up there (or shouldn't) let me know. http://fineartamerica.com/profiles/amanda-lomonaco.html
I love this! The negative space works wonderfully. I am impressed by your photo page too. Feel like maybe I should get out there as well, having had two top places in the last two competitions at my camera club...but not sure what there is available in the UK. FAV to you anyway!
Marvelous title - and the shot is great - love the negative space around him - brings his "story" front and center. Looked at your photo page and was really impressed with your photography. Much luck.
Love this, I have a very similar one ! http://365project.org/cazann/365/2014-02-13 Fav !
Also.....and this is a weird coincidence....I was just uploading a lot of pics on my FAA site last night .....!
@cazann Aw, thanks so much, lady. Can I see your FAA page. I almost want to call it Fart America for fun, but then it might not drive people to the images.;-)
@northy Thanks, lady. I need camera gear. Hope that I can earn some eventually!
@seanoneill Oh and did you see the fun news...I finally got some of my photos up and online for sale. I think that all of your favorites that you have said were my best shots yet are included in the mix. Hoping to make millions, but I will settle for just getting enough to get some new gear eventually.
@amandal yes I saw and had a look at your site. I wish we had something similar in the UK. Best of luck with it all, I hope you do make your millions, then I can tell folk that I know you:-)
@seanoneill Should I, I will send you a signed print. Thanks, Sean. Could you put your work up on that site? I see people from all over on there. It's free for 25 images and you just set your price and they do the rest.
@amandal oh ok, I'm guilty of thinking in straight lines there. And thinking Fine Art America is restricted to American citizens. Trouble is I've got bugger all worthy of sticking on there lol!!
@seanoneill I had the hardest time picking 25...I didn't realize the number and was putting up anything I rather liked and ran out of space fast. I figure if I sell anything...if it's working, I may pay to add more, but in the meantime, it's a start. You should do it!
OMG, this one looks ready for d-day! I'm guessing something went wrong cos we're not crunching nuts in a poorly lit factory somewhere in a bad neighbourhood :/
Great shot btw :)
@bobfoto And this is how evil squirrels are...I'll bet this was the one who figured out how to get into the bird feeder. Alright then...lesson over. Waaay more than you wanted to know probably, but that is how I roll.
I will check out your website.
