I just love the way the trees look all lacy in the white snow.
Last night, I was sorting though and deleting unused photos and found some gems. Hope you don't mind if I revive fall again.
This was from the day after it snowed last week. When the snow is new and fresh, it is absolutely gorgeous. Now it is gone and we enter our brown and gray stage.
I have a rental car now, my car is in the shop, hope to have the whole situation sorted soon. Thanks so much for your sweet comments yesterday on my car's freak fight (and loss) with a tree. A similar thing happened to another 365er yesterday, too.
@graemestevens It's not too bad. It gets to where freezing is not that cold and I can go out without a coat. I drink lots of hot drinks and wear warm socks and slippers.
@amandal - I saw that you had snow today. There is snow in our forecast for Thanksgiving. But then the temps are supposed to rise into the 50's later. I am sure I'll get a chance to see this covered in white.
@sailingmusic This is a week old. We are melted now and warmed up a tad. Still had some nice photos of the snow. We are past fall, past the pretty snow. Using my shots while I still have them. Still have some great fall shots to use, too. In fact, I have one from your neck of the woods to post for Thanksgiving:).
@espyetta Gosh I love it when it looks this way. It goes quick. This was the day after our big snow when the schools were closed down last week. It's like frosting:).
I love the first snow and especially when the sun shines on it and everything sparkles and like you said, looks lacy!!! The blue in the water and the sky look so much brighter and deeper!! A beautiful line to follow along the water!! FAV!
