She always looks so willing to pose. What a cutie in that outfit! I remember when I went back to work a year after Ryan was born. The other two were 7 and 8. My hours were crazy pulling all nighters, working holidays, etc, at the airport for Avis rent a car. I loved my job but it got to be so hectic keeping up with their activities, the house. I was lucky to find an elderly lady in the neighborhood who came in to watch them at any hour for a reasonable price because she also brought her grandson to watch at the same time. I lasted for about 2 1/2 years as the hours took a toll on my usual hyper self :-) Hang in there, kiddo!

@darsphotos Took me all of a week:). Last week was harder in that I worked 4 days. Tomorrow I work, then have a 3 day weekend. Kids will be home for 4 days. That's hard, too! Thanks, lady!!!

The thing I love about cold weather and we really don't have any to speak of... is how cute everyone looks when they are dressed up! This little sweetie is just so adorable in this outfit. Love it!
