Feeling the need to sweeten my image after yesterday's shot. This one from Emily's eye doctor's appointment makes me smile. So funny to see the funny looking face with the eye gear on.
It sorta reminds me of when I was getting my braces on and had those weird things that spread open my mouth and showed all my teeth. I remember turning to look at the kid in the chair next to me and realizing what a freak I must look like. So funny. Wish I had a photo of that!
Good news, so far, Emily doesn't need glasses. Hope that she's never blind as a bat like her mama!!

dont you wish you could take this home to play with a bit?? it's a 10 eyed alien !!! but yes all those missed opportunities to record some of the weirdest moments - i remember a girl who had a sort of harness she has to wear at night (why why why didnt my parents give me a camera when i was at boarding school - i could be making a fortune as a blackmailer by now)

Hahahaha! Cute. Funny you should mention the braces pictures. My daughter's before and after shots just arrived in the mail the other day. Now, if I can just find the true before shot taken by her first orthodontist 3 years ago.
@lesip Kicking my butt, still adjusting to the schedule and pretty chronically tired on work days. I do like it pretty well. So far so good. Hey, I am coming to your area next weekend for work. But it is a whilwind in and out work the whole time thing. It was my hubby's phone. I have a horrible camera on my horrible old phone.
@lesip Yes, my whole family. Back up sitters. They are actually giving Mike and I a night away to go to a marriage retreat this weekend:). Yep, love to travel. Hope I can enjoy it a tad and not work too too hard.
