It was such a great little trip and escape from reality.
Meg and I finally met up again (it had been since December) and went to Krohn's Conservatory for a special Frank Lloyd Wright exhibit called Falling Waters.
I've never captured their waterfall well and finally did. It was wonderful being there in gardens surrounded by color and spring flowers. It was warm and even humid, like a rainforest.
I felt so refreshed and then went back in the snow and cold, but smiling. Stay tuned for a series from the gardens.
You should go see Falling Water. It's in Pennsylvania and about an hour and a half from Pittsburgh. You have to make reservations. Just checked out the Krohn show - what a great way to beat the winter blahs!
Fabulous beauty can always be found at the Conservatory--I love that place! So glad you did some photography there & I can't wait to see the rest. This is a beautiful waterfall!
Gorgeous framing and nice, soft water. I would have thought the exposure time would have been longer, so thanks for teaching me something today! I like the framing very much with the plants. I'll admit I was surprised when I saw this come up and not a snow photo, looks lovely!
Beautiful silky water. I'm so glad I spotted you one the Trending page. Following now. My son & his wife just moved to the Columbus area, so I think by seeing your pictures, I can see what it's like in their neck of the woods.
