"Look Mom, we match!" Clara said excitedly when she pranced from her room dressed up and matching her soft yellow bunny, Butterscotch.
And then she put on a ballet, gymnastics and running show for me on our front lawn. She was really quite good.
"Now you show me what you can do, Mama!"
"Nah, let's go inside...I'll show you inside." I was not about to dance and flip around in the lawn with a workman right across the street. No way.
Inside we did headstands, handstands, wheels and Clara did a split. This kids is so flexible.
We had a wonderful day with her home from school. She was having asthma issues last night and I kept her home in case she would need my help today. A quiet day together was just what the doctor ordered...or just what this mama and this girl needed. LOVE time with my littlest.
You are a great Mom! Obviously have a wonderful relationship with all your family and yet still remain the independent and creative person we know! I love her ballet stance!
Oh, how sweet. Love how she is gazing over at Butterscotch. Sounds like a blissful day with your youngest. I am glad you are cherishing these days, too. That is such a gift.
