Birthday Boy and His Best Dog Friend

The official birthday portrait. I've done one every year. I really need to track them all down and collage them for him.

We normally hold up fingers...or the kids do, but he ran out of fingers this year. I suggested using toes, too:). I also suggested a swaddled up photo with me holding him like a baby but he said only if I don't put it online.

Gosh I love this kid. So blessed to be his mom and so great to be celebrating the day I became a mom 11 years ago. Boy have we both changed. Older and wiser the two of us. And can you believe this kids eyes? Amazing.
