Who is Different? by alophoto

Who is Different?

Two of these kids belong together
Two of these kids are kind of the same
But one of these kids is doing her own thing
Now it's time to play our game
It's time to play our game.

My scowly faced Em is often doing her own thing. She was busy bossing her siblings and got mad, oh so mad that I would ask that they take a quick break for a photo. The nerve of me. Clara and Lucas happily obliged. Emily shows me how she really feels.

Trying to figure out how to teach balance in that. She told me this week that she doesn't care what people think, and that is really great to a degree, but then there is being kind, tempering your "I don't care" with a little sweet. Sometimes we need a little less lemon:).
Maybe next photo. Great shot.

You might like to share this with your daughter: A wise and successful person once told me "you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar". Ha Ha

Two out of three isn't bad - and look at Clara's gorgeous pose - hand on hip. I suspect that Em cares very much what people think but she isn't going to admit it.
