Last week, we had a family of great friends pay us a visit for the first time in over 4 years. They used to stop in and see us at least annually when we lived in California.
Boy have the kids grown and changed in the 4 years, but the parents, we haven't changed a bit;-).

I had the idea to take this shot, but so wish we had done this in the past when they visited so that we could see the progression in years. We took it despite my kids being freshly showered and in jammies because sometimes you just gotta do it.
