Suckas Beware!!!

I got a speedlight this week or a flash for my camera. I look like a real pro now. What a poser I am:)!!

I do, however, love that I will be able to do better with my indoor shots! And I got this just in time to be the photographer for my nephew's first birthday party. He's 1 today!!!

And this, my friends, is one of my favorite ways to spend a hot summer day, or evening when I am tired, or...we are a family that loves to read. Even if it is graphic novels (not me, but the kids to my dismay). At least they are reading!

@psychographer I had wanted a cheaper one, but my options were limited at the camera store I got a gift card for. Got a $100 card for Christmas, but then couldn't afford the extra $83 til my birthday:).
