Boy is this me today. In a head cold, too late of night, sore body fog.

We skiied last night for the first time as a family. Mine and the kids first time ever.

It was fun. I totally owned the practice slope (a barely bunny hill). Owned it. And then I graduated up to the bunny slope, fell off the ski lift when exiting (those things are scary!!!) and holy hell, the bunny slope was huge and fast and I prayed for my life as I whizzed down feeling out of control. Just once down and I was thoroughly shaken up and done (the falling at the start of it did not help). I only fell twice the whole time, once was off of the ski lift, but it was hard as heck to get back up. Impossible for me without help. Fun, but yeah, I can wait another year before I try again.

Hope to have a down day today because my week is very busy at work and I travel, too.
