Hail to Thee, March

I'll say it came in like a lion. We awoke to rain, and lightning and then a hail storm. Just a few minutes before my kids were to leave for the bus, it was hailing hard and lightning was very close by. Emily even said that lightning hit our street.

The hail covered the ground like a layer of snow.

That was yesterday morning. Today there is still a pile of hail by my front door!

I am ready for the lamb weather. It has been such a crazy winter. Last Friday, I ventured out in a tank top and shots. Even after the great storm in the morning yesterday, it was sunny come afternoon.

Crazy stuff.

Tomorrow I'll show you the effects of all of the weather on my town.

Isn't weather wonderful though? As long as you're wearing the right clothing. Allegedly the safest places to be when lightening strikes is in a car, or in the fridge!!!!! Allegedly!!

Did you have to duck and cover! Such large hail. Seems like good ice cubes for drink though. :)
