Finding Rest

Today's church service was very relevant in the crazy, frenzied busy society that we live in. It was on finding, creating and taking the time to rest. Resting in the Lord. That is what gives life and hope, not the frantic pace of getting it all done yourself. Me, I fail...regularly. I drop balls. I burn out.

I needed that message. I will take the time to rest in the Lord today. And hope to make that more of a regular practice. How lifegiving!
